Mediterrean Chicken with Mushrooms and Zuchhinni

I found another fantastic recipe.  I think my food blog is just a reference for me to find recipes I haven’t made in a long time and remake them again.  I used Boogle Merlot wine for this one and it had wonderful flavors.  The combination of a full Bodied wine, the pearl onions and pancetta made this so tasty.  I found this one in Fine Cooking Magazine.  Enjoy!
