Small Bites-Baguette with pesto, Prosciutto,Brie, Jicama and Carrots marinated in Fig Balsamic Vin.

I was in a creative mood and decided to put this little guy together after playing with flavors in my kitchen.  It is toasted baguette bread, with garlic pesto, topped with triple cream brie, Prosciutto di San Daniele. I mixed thinly sliced carrots with Jicama and drizzled in some Fig Balsamic Vin and topped it.  So…good :))   I would be most happy behind an apron at a Culinary school learning palettes or catering events putting my heart into it :))
