Mahi Mahi Coconut Macadamia Nut Crusted Fish

I grabbed this recipe from Cooking light. I thought it tasted good, but I would change it up next time and use some cayenne spice to give it a slight kick. It’s a sweet and crunchy tasting recipe and I prefer hot and sweet combinations in my food palate. The pinneaple salsa was good too, I also would add cayenne spice to that. It’s good but a little bland in the spice for my taste preference.
