Cheesecake

One of my favorite desserts to make is the infamous cheesecake. I went with the creamy version, recipe adapted from a much recommended Baking book by Dorie Greenspan’s “Baking from my home to yours.” It is very delicious and soft in texture, simple to make too. This was my husband’s birthday cake that he very much loved. I’m dieing to try the apple version of this cheesecake, I’m looking for my next opportunity to whip out another one of Dorie’s cheesecake takes. Maybe a Father’s Day Treat…

Soup To Cure A Cold

I’m sick, crusty throat, leaky nose, clearing cough all the ill signs of a sickly virus. I had the flu shot back in November so I guess it’s only good for so long. I decided to make a Chicken Tortilla soup to cure myself, it is so yummy and worth trying. I adapted the recipe from Closet Cooking, enjoy.
